I know I've been slacking on updating this... Today is day 54. Although I haven't kept up with my swimming and running like I have been, I've been going to the gym at least 5 days a week. I get up every morning at 5am and head to the gym. There was a week that I missed like 3 days, but other than that I've been pretty consistent. Now all I need to do is be better about doing my cardio.
I have been biking once, I went last weekend. I want to start training for an off-road duathlon in October, so the plan is to start running and biking the trail where the race will be so I can get ready for it.
