Day 3 - Yay!

Today was day 3. Things are going good. I worked out my triceps today... 3 sets of 8:

Straight bar pulldowns
Overhead arm extensions
Skullcrashers
Rope pulldowns
Reverse pulldowns
Dips - lol, these are the worst to do last!

I also had my bodyfat measured this morning. It's a weird little device you just hold out in front of you.. somehow it calculates body fat percentage and body mass index. My current body fat percentage is 14.7%, and I weigh 215.5 lbs right now, so that means I have 31.67 pounds of body fat. Let's see if I can get down closer to 6%, anything less than that is really unhealthy.

So, as of 7/15/09, I'm 6'4", 215.5 lbs, 14.7% body fat. Not too bad already!
