Day 9 - Part Deux

Went and swam, did 10 laps down and back (not consecutive. Now I wonder if I really did so many yesterday... because 10 laps kicked my butt! On one of my better laps (just one length of the pool), I did it in 23 seconds. Not sure how fast that is, probably isn't!

My legs started to cramp up about lap 7 because I worked out my legs this morning, but I just sucked it up and kept going. I won't be able to work out tonight, which is probably for the best because I probably can't take much more today.
